During Forth Valley Open Studios I asked visitors to my studio to write what growing old meant to them and pop it into a box.
Most chose to be anonymous.

"Freedom to be myself".

During Forth Valley Open Studios I launched my inter-active "
Time of our Lives...getting on a bit" project.

I asked people to write down on a piece of paper what it meant to them.

One of the first was from Yang, a 22 year old Chinese marketing student:
